Idea and approach

The schedule-level companion to Matchups, and the one view that carries no scoring of its own. It answers what and when; the Matchup Analyser then explains it.

Four sub-views, all on live data. The gameweek grid gives kickoff times, results, per-fixture events and lineups. The league table is the one accumulated from the fixtures feed, with the European qualification and relegation zones each coloured separately. "By team" splits one club's season into results and upcoming. "Head-to-head" carries the full record for a pairing.

They cross-link throughout: a club name in the table or in a fixture row opens By team on that club, and an opponent in By team — or the head-to-head block inside any fixture, played or upcoming — opens Head-to-head on that pairing.
